The app is nice looking and intuitive, I like the design but the flight search is horrible. Every time I click on the destination Im looking for it randomly selects another one. Tried with another destination and same thing happened. It appears that it is only like that for South East Asia destinations... Please change ASAP. Im an ANA Frequent flyer

Doesnt work at all

Whenever I start the app, it crashes and does not open. Please fix it!

Looks nice and it works fine in finding your flight, booking, etc. But the alerting/notification is sent with the wrong time on iOS 6.1.3. For My flight at 11AM from Frankfurt, the time quoted was 3AM. Hope this gets fixed in the next version.

Even after two recent updates that held bug fixes, the app is still crashing on iphone 5s with ios 7.0.4. Until i get to actually play with the app, my given stars will not change.

Not much of an App Its more like a bunch of external links that open with the web browser

When I booked a flight with ANA, I registered the miles to be credited to my United Airlines mileage club. As a result, when I go to the ANA app on my iPhone, and check my reservation, it doesnt show up. I have to go to another screen and enter my reservation number and name. There must be a way to get around this.

I could look up flight status but it showed only estimated departure and arrival times, not boarding time. No departure gate either. Could not subscribe to searched flight for push updates. Could not subscribe or register my reservation if purchased on United code share. Overall better just to search for your flight on airport homepage.

I have never been able to use the Domestic portion to see and purchase tickets...and I live in Japan with an ANA mileage club number.

Airline N App (ANA) the app is great but this review is more for the airline. Their amazing!

I like this App. When I saw main menu design, my first impression was "complicate!!" But when use it, its not bad!! Plus there are many function such as Full site version. Most of airline app is very limited function. Anyway good job.

This is a terrible app. You can not schedule a domestic flight on this app. Also, why does ANA have a separate site for domestic flights and international?

Well this app was ok, I like it. But it became unavailable after recent update was done. The update was for bag fix, but it seems got another bag even though I did not see bag with previous version:(

ANA is one of the finest airlines - clean, on time, great food. This app looks just as appealing, however it is painfully slow even on a 5S. Dont know whats going on with it, but searching for flights is a lesson in patience. Also, notifications gets turned on even if you opt to not to.

I had trouble navigating this app... And the calendar date for your flight could be advanced to Tokyo time, so double check. Nevertheless, this is a great airline and my first choice most of the time.

Doesnt export mileage club card to passbook. Otherwise, the app is ok. Miles are displayed in a web view; not the best but better than nothing.

Might as well just use the mobile website. Nothing more than a page full of links to their website. Not worth the memory space.

Can’t check in for domestic flights within Japan if your language is set to English and even if you switch to Japanese you can’t check in unless you are a member of their frequent flyer program. This makes this app absolutely USELESS.
